What I do... 

In 2023, I achieved a 2:1 in my law degree from the University of Westminster.   I joined Richard Pearlman LLP as a paralegal in May 2024 and my goal is to qualify as a Solicitor. 

More specifically...

I am involved in assisting fee earners on a wide range of property transactions, including both commercial and residential matters. My role includes:-  

• dealing with file opening processes and preparing and sending engagement letters;

• preparing contract packs on sale transactions and applying for searches on purchase transactions;

• legal drafting with fee-earner supervision;

• preparing completion statements and invoices; and

• post completion tasks, includng SDLT returns,  Land Registry applications, certificates of compliance and notices of transfer and charge.

This hands-on experience is essential in expanding my legal expertise, whilst also ensuring that our property transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. 

Outside the office...

I have a strong passion for travel and I love exploring new destinations, as well as enjoying precious moments with my family and my husband, Ermal.
