What I do... 

I started at Richard Pearlman LLP in March 2019, after completing my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2021.

Prior to this, I received my undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of Exeter in 2015, after which I worked for two years for a leading management consultancy firm.

More specifically...

I act on behalf of small and medium-sized property companies as well as private individuals.

My wide experience includes:-

• Complex landlord and tenant transactions;

• Fast-paced property finance matters;

• Dealing with multi-let commercial investment properties;

• High-value commercial and residential sales and purchases.

I believe a diligent, organised and communicative approach is key to progressing transactions  at speed whilst at the same time protecting my client.   I have a keen interest in evolving legislation and how this impacts UK property transactions generally.

Outside the office...

I love watching sport - specifically football (I'm a long-suffering Spurs fan) and American football. I also enjoy playing sports including golf and padel, and going to the gym when I can. I love travelling and visiting new places, as well as spending time with friends and my lovely wife Emma.
